The ceramic sculptures entitled The Dove and The Lamb were inspired by biblical symbols, specially about the importance both animals have in the holy books. These sculptures are a commentary about the excuses made for religious extremism.

Mana (Memento)

  Mana Wood, Ink, Gel Medium 2" x 2" x 2" This sculpture reflects times when I'm finally able to go home from college. Since I get there before my sister wakes, I always startle her awake in her bed as a surprise. The yellow reflects both the color of her room and the warm joy I have at being able to return home again. The wood represents the many years we've grown up with one another.
